I believe that a consumer has the right to know what they are buying. I want you to understand whatyou are buying and why. If you don't understand just ask I will show you whatever you need to understand. Even if a Mechanic is totaly honest with you unless you understand what your money is paying for you will learn to resent paying. If you understand what you are buying  you can appreciate what it takes to keep your car running. If you dont understand what you are being sold then it's like throwing you money into a black hole . Honesty and transparency are important.
